Cheyenne Hundley, LCSW
I'm a licensed clinical social worker in Missoula, Montana. I work with women and girls, from preteens to adults, in person in Missoula and by telehealth anywhere in Montana.
I believe we all deserve a safe place to explore our inner world. My hope is to give you room to reflect, process, and grow, one conversation at a time.
I believe everyone has the capacity for change. My work centers on processing emotions, understanding relationships, and making sense of past experiences so they carry less weight in the present.
Warm, steady, and shaped around you.
No two people come in with the same story, so I draw on several approaches and use what fits. These include attachment-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method, motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, strength-based work, and trauma-focused care.
If it's meaningful to you, I'm glad to bring Christian faith into our work together. It's always optional and always led by you. More about Christian counseling.
A quiet place to talk.
In-person sessions are at my office in Missoula. If getting here is hard, telehealth is available anywhere in Montana.
