Women often hold a lot at once: work, family, relationships, and everyone else's needs. It can be hard to find room for your own.
I'm Cheyenne Hundley, a licensed clinical social worker. I offer individual therapy for women in Missoula and by telehealth anywhere in Montana.

Some women come in during a big change, like a new baby, a move, a loss, or the end of a relationship. Others come in because something has felt heavy for a long time and they're ready to understand it.

Sessions focus on emotional awareness, relationships, coping, and understanding how the past shapes the present. I draw on several approaches and use what fits, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, and trauma-focused care.

What does a first session look like?
We start with a free 15-minute call to see whether we're a good fit. Our first full session is an intake, where we talk through your history and what you'd like to work on.
Do you help with pregnancy and postpartum concerns?
Yes. Pregnancy, the months after a baby arrives, and the changes that come with parenting are all part of the work I do.
What does counseling cost?
Sessions are $160. I accept several insurance plans, and a sliding scale is available on request. Fees and insurance.
