This policy covers livinggardencounseling.com. It explains what the website collects and how that information is used. It is separate from the privacy practices that apply to counseling sessions, which we'll go over together at intake.

What the website collects

When you send the contact form, it collects your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your preferred way to be contacted, and anything you choose to write in the message box. That information is used only to reply to you.

Please don't include private health details in the form. We'll talk about what brings you in during your consultation.

Where it's stored

This site is hosted by Squarespace. Form submissions are stored by Squarespace and sent to the practice's email, which is hosted by Google. The website is not a medical records system, and nothing you send through it becomes part of a clinical record unless we agree to add it.

Cookies and outside services

The site uses the cookies Squarespace needs to run and keep the site secure. Non-essential cookies are restricted. There is no advertising tracking on this site.

Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's standard request information. The contact form does not use reCAPTCHA or any other outside spam check.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what you sent through the form, or ask for it to be deleted, by calling (406) 732-7074.
