“We do not learn from experience. We learn from reflecting on experience.”
— John Dewey
Cheyenne Hundley, LCSW
We all deserve the opportunity to safely explore our inner world. My hope is to provide individuals of all ages with a space to reflect, process, and grow—one conversation at a time.
In-person counseling in Missoula, Montana & virtual sessions available.
Healing doesn't happen all at once.
It happens slowly, in conversation — in small moments of recognition when something you've been carrying finally finds language.
I believe everyone has the capacity for change. And that growing is almost always stronger when it happens in connection with someone else.
If you're looking for a space to explore what's been weighing on you — without rushing toward answers — I'd be glad to be part of that.
Women of all ages, at different chapters of life.
Whether you're in your twenties navigating a shift you didn't see coming, or in your fifties sitting with something you've never fully examined — this is a space built for that kind of work.
Sessions focus on emotional awareness, relationships, coping, and understanding how the past quietly shapes the present.
The work, in three threads.
For those for whom it's meaningful, I'm glad to integrate Christian faith into our work together. This is always optional, always client-led, and held with care. If you'd like to explore this, we can talk about it.
Healing can happen —
one conversation at a time.
